What are your products made out of?

All our products are designed and 3D printed by Jonas and Shezlie. They are made out of bioplastic filaments obtained from corn starch and/or recycled wood.

Where do you make your products?

All our products are made locally, by us, in Melbourne, Australia.

 

What payment methods are available?

We accept credit cards using Stripe, AfterPay and PayPal. All the payments are processed on a secure external server.

Is buying on-line safe?

Of course! We ensure that our website use a very secure SSL encryption so all the information provided are safe.

 

How can I cancel or change my order?

We recommend you to create an account so every information about your orders are easily tracked and accessible to you.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will get a confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you make custom size products?

Yes! In particular with our planters. We have 8.5cm, 10.5cm and 13cm inner diameter planters available but if you want a smaller or a larger size, please contact us directly at hello@balshedesigns.com. We can then provide you with additional information and quote. We can also customise colours of your orders depending on the filaments we have available.

 

What shipping methods are available?

We offer standard and express shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship all products worldwide. Your shipping quote will be calculated at checkout. But within Australia, a flat rate of $9.99AUD applies unless you purchase keychains which has $5 flat rate shipping.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Upon confirmation email, products will be dispatched within 2-7 working days, unless stated differently on the product description. Domestic standard shipping normally takes 2-8 business days while express domestic shipping takes 1 business day. Overseas orders may take up to 3 weeks.

 

What are your returns and refunds policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you need to return an item and ask for a refund, send us an email at hello@balshedesigns.com.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of these and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at balshedesigns@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@balshedesigns.com.

Shipping

To return your product, you should contact hello@balshedesigns.com for a return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
